Philippe BAJOU

Bio

A graduate of the École Nationale Supérieure des PTT in 1989 and holder of a degree in electronics, Philippe Bajou began his career with the La Poste Group in 1982. From 1989 to 1990, he served as a project officer at the Ministry of PTT, working alongside the Director of Common Affairs. He then held various positions within La Poste’s Financial Department and was appointed Director of Financial Affairs and Shareholdings in 1995. In November 1998, he took charge of managing CCP funds, leading to the creation of Efiposte in March 2000, where he became Chief Executive Officer. Philippe Bajou was a member of the Management Board of La Banque Postale from its creation on January 1, 2006, until the end of 2012. On December 19, 2012, he was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Group and Chief Executive Officer of the La Poste Retail Network, a position he held until June 1, 2015. On February 19, 2015, he was appointed Chairman of La Poste Immobilier, and on February 24, 2015, Deputy CEO in charge of transformation. On February 2, 2016, he was appointed Secretary General of the La Poste Group, retaining responsibility for transformation and taking on expanded responsibilities including cross-functional operations and regional development. On June 25, 2025, Philippe Bajou was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the La Poste Group, pending the effective appointment of a new Chairman and CEO
