Mr. DIARRA Ibrahim holds two doctorates: - Doctorate in Rural Economics from Felix Houphouët-Boigny University in Côte d'Ivoire since 24 April 1999. - Doctorate in Development Economics at the Centre for Studies and Research for International Development (CERDI) at the University of Clermont Auvergne (UCA) in France since 6 June 2018. Professionally, he has held positions in the Ivorian administration and at the university: - Deputy Director of Studies and Planning (2001-2004); Deputy Director of Cooperative Movement Promotion (2004-2007) at the Ministry of Agriculture. - Executive Director of the Observatory for Solidarity and Social Cohesion at the Ministry of Solidarity and War Victims (2009) - Deputy Director in charge of administration at CIRES (2007-2010) - Lecturer and researcher at the Faculty of Economic Sciences since 2000 - Director of CIRES since August 2010 - Deputy Director of the Joint International Resilience Unit from 1 October 2018 to 31 December 2021 - Coordinator of the CAMES Socio-Economic and Market Research Programme 2014-2020. - Chief of Staff to the Minister for Investment Promotion and Private Sector Development from 18 September 2019 to 30 April 2022. Mr. DIARRA Ibrahim is the author of a dozen publications and co-publications on forestry issues, poverty reduction, higher education, governance, agricultural performance, etc.
