Bio
Mr. Wang, born in 1968, is the President of CAITEC, Ministry of Commerce, a national high-level think tank. Mr. Wang holds a doctor’s degree in engineering from Chinese Academy of Sciences. Before joining CAITEC, he has served in various positions including the Director of the Policy Research Office of the Ministry of Commerce, Deputy Commissioner of the Ministry of Commerce’s Special Office in Wuhan, Deputy Director General and Inspector of the Policy Research Office and General Office of the Ministry of Commerce, Counsellor for economic and commercial affairs at the Chinese Embassy in Bulgaria, and the Chinese Ambassador to Rwanda. Mr. Wang has rich experience in academic, local cooperation practice and overseas missions.
