The territories face a number of challenges, more or less marked, given their history, geographical situation and development strategies: medical desertification and access to care, dysfunctions of public services, demographic ageing, economic and social inequalities, isolation of rural populations, pockets of poverty in cities, skills deficits, ecological and digital transitions...
